Join the Milk and Honey Cooking Studio and Chef Willie Cloete for a fun day of exploring and cooking the flavours and food of Morocco. During the session, guests can enjoy their mint infused welcome drink and dunk chunks of flatbread in Zaalouk, while exploring the flavours of Moroccan cuisine in cooking the following dishes:
* Fatteh Hummus
* Chicken Tagine
* Vegetable Pastilla
* Jewelled Taboulleh
After creating the dishes, guests can taste their creations, seated together around a shared dining table in a beautiful setting. Coffee, Tea, some soft drinks and sparkling water are available at the venue, and if guests feel like a glass of wine with their meal, they are more than welcome to bring their own. There is no cash bar.
