Best known for her powerful voice and her role in the acclaimed gospel group Joyous Celebration, Phiri now steps forward with a deeply personal body of work shaped by years of musical growth, ministry and lived experience.
'Essence of Faith' is a deeply personal musical offering shaped by Phiri’s journey of faith, resilience and calling. Rooted in scripture and lived experience, the album explores themes of surrender, restoration and trust in God, reflecting both her ministry and artistic identity.
Phiri’s sound blends contemporary gospel with church-rooted expression, contributing to her growing presence in South Africa’s gospel music landscape. The album launch features special guests Fafa Segoneco and Keke Phoofolo, as well as a full live production.
