OUI Bar + KTCHN is a modern restaurant housed at Radisson RED Rosebank, a vibrant hotel concept created for the next generation of travellers with a modern and creative mindset. The restaurant is conveniently situated off Rosebank's main road with a table, bar, and covered patio seating, and specialises in all-day dining.
Chainmail curtains and small elevated terraces break up the narrow but deep dining area, cast in shadow by moody lighting. The neutral and earthy colour palette – which features wood, leather and soft furnishings – is inspired by the restaurant’s contemporary stylish identity.
Lead Kitchen Executive Chef Genghis San leads a culinary team to bring local ingredients and producers to the fore with a bold variety of crafted dishes. San’s menu also promised to add an interesting foodie twist to Joburg’s melting pot of cultures to life with a touch of Asian influences. The fare's complemented by a considered drinks list including bubbly aplenty.
There is also a Grab & Go retail and seating space close to the lobby where those in a rush can order light lunches and other hot drinks.
