Come celebrate, breathe, and flow with them one last time. Join for a half-day retreat by the river with yoga, a light and refreshing breakfast, and a guided Connect Session.
The Connect Session is a space for open conversation and reflection, where attendees explore personal growth through meaningful dialogue and shared activities. All levels are welcome, so know that this practice is for everybody, no experience needed.
Bring along a yoga mat, a journal (optional), a hat and sunscreen. Please arrive 15 minutes early.
