The highly anticipated Rocking The Daisies music festival, sponsored by Jonnie Walker, returns in style from 17 to 19 November, following a necessary postponement due to unprecedented weather and severe flood risks in the Western Cape over recent weeks.
This event is an eco-friendly music and lifestyle festival where quality entertainment, lifestyle exhibitions and food are offered. Attendees have the opportunity to witness the best local and international talent, an incredible main stage, and appearances from all the dynamic activations.
The lineup includes British rapper Stormzy, Nigerian artist Ayra Starr and The Vamps. This year festival is also placing significant support behind trailblazing women in music and entertainment. Selected female DJs are set to go on tour with a countdown Spotify takeover, where festival goers and groovers alike will be able to enjoy the sonic tunes of the selected artists with specially curated playlists that give listeners an insight into the lens of the artist and what to anticipate at the festival.
These DJs are further highlighted on the festival weekend where they will get a chance to show off their disc jockey stills at the super deluxe Johnnie Walker Flavour Lounge at Rocking the Daisies.
Rocking the Daisies, in partnership with Johnnie Walker, will donate some of the ticket proceeds to Gift of the Givers to help those affected by Cape Town's weather disaster.
