Rush Extreme Sports Park in Claremont is bringing back its signature community freestyle event — the Free Jump Games.
Far more than a competition, this annual showcase brings together talented athletes from Cape Town’s gymnastics, parkour, and trampoline communities. The event celebrates creative movement, innovation, and a positive, inclusive atmosphere — where style and self-expression matter more than medals.
The public can watch some of South Africa’s best freestyle athletes in full flow, as well as take part in the fun activities that Rush has to offer.
The event opens with a 45-minute jam session for all registered participants, followed by a finalist round judged on creativity, control, and flow by a panel of experts.
