Lovers of authentic African music are in for a treat as the Music In Africa Foundation (MIAF) confirms iconic South African musicians Dizu Plaatjies and Samthing Soweto for a special concert celebrating traditional African instruments and sounds.
The aptly titled 'Vibrations: A Celebration of African Sounds' event takes place at the University of Johannesburg (UJ) Theatre. The concert offers an immersive live music experience as well as an opportunity to explore an exhibition featuring nearly 100 traditional African instruments, installed in the UJ gallery.
