Zulu is also known for his contributions as a composer, arranger, and performer. His performances combine powerful storytelling, rhythmic depth, and musical exploration, and his music reflects both a deep respect for tradition and a commitment to innovation within South African jazz.
The Sankayi Jazz Series launched in May 2026 and has established itself as one of Johannesburg’s premier destinations for live jazz.
