Something Smoked from Around the World returns in June, this time drifting into the glowing alleyways and late-night flavours of Tokyo.
In collaboration with Something Smoked Roadhouse BBQ, The Lawn Pavilion Café & Lounge continues its journey through fire and regional tradition, offering guests a chance to explore a new corner of the world through contemporary cuisine.
Join Chef Becks and Andrea Burgener as they reinterpret Tokyo-inspired dishes alongside his iconic brisket, ribs and sausage, complemented by smoked vegetables, grills, salads, pickles and seasonal accompaniments harvested from the vegetable gardens of FARMHOUSE58.
The menu for this edition includes steamed seasonal vegetables with miso or vegetable sunomono with wakame; a smokehouse meat platter with brisket, beef sausage and pork ribs; onigiri, cucumber sesame salad, daikon and ginger pickle, teriyaki sauce and star anise poached plums.
Each ticket includes a complimentary mixologist-crafted cocktail, and the full Tokyo-style set menu by Something Smoked Roadhouse BBQ in collaboration with Lawn Pavilion Café & Lounge.
