The Spanish Tapas and Wine Bar Pop Up takes place in the afternoon and features a vibrant, casual Spanish tapas experience.
Guests settle in for an afternoon of food, wine, and atmosphere and receive a complimentary first glass of Muga Rioja Reserva or Flor de Muga Rosado, with additional wines available by the glass from the exclusive one-day list. The tapas menu features delicious bites like the smoked and coal-roasted red peppers, with tomato-rubbed crostini and white anchovy emulsion; the olive oil confit octopus, paprika mayo, and crispy lemon zest lavash; and the smoked sweet potato croquettes, Manchego, and saffron aioli.
