The evening's guide, Vicus Cruywagen—a passionate telescope maker and seasoned stargazer—takes guests through a fascinating talk about the universe and the wonders that they can observe before everyone gets to view these celestial marvels through high-powered telescopes. Expect to catch sightings of the moon, Saturn (and its rings), constellations and double stars, star clusters and asterisms, plus, enjoy a laser-guided tour of the night sky.
Guests are free to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets but no outside food and drinks are allowed into the venue, instead they can buy from the restaurant. Be sure to arrive at least ten minutes early.
