Street Lines Skate Tournament returns in 2026, bringing together South Africa’s best skateboarders, rising talent and skate fans for another action-packed celebration of skateboarding and local skate culture.
Presented by LW Mag and Dragon Energy Drink, in association with DC Shoes, Garmin, Insta360 and Side Hustle Skate Shop, the 2026 edition promises a full day of skateboarding action. Thrashers Skatepark’s diverse mix of ramps, rails, ledges and obstacles provide the arena for competitors to showcase their style, creativity, technical ability and use of the park.
The competition features Men’s and Women’s Divisions, with an invited lineup of some of South Africa’s top skateboarders alongside a new generation of hungry up-and-coming talent looking to make their mark. Competitors battle through the qualifying rounds, with judges assessing trick variation, execution, style, creativity and overall use of the park. The top performers then progress to the finals.
The action culminates in the crowd-pleasing Insta360 Best Trick contest, giving competitors the opportunity to throw down their biggest, boldest and most creative tricks of the day, with exciting prizes up for grabs.
With a major prize purse, partner prizes and bragging rights on the line, Street Lines 2026 is set to deliver one of the biggest days on the South African skateboarding calendar.
