Sushi Making Saturday is an evening sushi making event featuring wine and music.
Guests are taught to make their own sushi and get to enjoy it with some wine and music. The class entails a fusion sushi platter and features a tutorial on how to successfully put together two sushi rolls: Maki Roll and California Roll.
Each individual creates a sushi platter of 16 pieces. All ingredients and utensils needed for the duration of the class are provided, and guests bring their own wine.
Vegetarians interested in the event should contact the organisers in advance. Booking is essential as spacing is limited.
