Sushi Making Saturday is an afternoon sushi making event featuring wine, music and dancing.
Guests are taught to make their own sushi and get to enjoy it with some wine and music. The class entails a fusion sushi platter and features a tutorial on how to successfully put together two sushi rolls— Crab Maki Roll and Salmon California Roll.
Each individual creates a sushi platter of 12 pieces. All ingredients and utensils needed for the duration of the class are provided, and guests bring their own wine. After the sushi making, the evening ends with a Salsa dancing lesson from instructors Justin and Heather.
Vegetarians interested in the event should contact the organisers in advance. Booking is essential as spacing is limited.
