Nederburg’s next Taste, Learn and Discover Dinner Series takes place on 28 and 28 October and features chef Mmabatho Molefe as well as a range of Nederburg wines.
Molefe, who heads up the kitchen at Emazulwini at Maker’s Landing and is considered an up-and-coming pioneer in the food world, is joined by Andrew Nel of Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants in Cape Town. Together the two have complete carte blanche to create a five-course meal inspired by their favourite food memories.
Each dish is also served with a glass of Nederburg, but there are only 30 spots available for each evening so booking is essential.
