This special room hosts morning and afternoon tea journeys created by Executive Chef Gareth Jordaan and Head Pastry Chef Christopher Berg, which are made with the finest produce. And in living up to its name, the Tea in the Woods venue serves thirteen top-quality loose-leaf teas from across the globe as well as a selection of other beverages to accompany each meal.
The newly redecorated space itself is an experience too, having been modelled on European tea rooms with an added dash of South African flair. A specially designed wallpaper featuring a Birchwood forest is joined by other touches such as material created by Ardmore Design Fabrics and crockery from designer Jenna Clifford.
