The five-course dinner is designed daily around the freshest, handpicked ingredients available, and is set in a hidden kitchen alcove, right in the middle of Mount Nelson's cooking hub.
The immersive experience allows guests to interact with the chefs about their specialties, and discover stories behind the recipes and the local seasonal ingredients.
