The Knickerbocker Ice cream is pop-up parlour formed from a retirement dream in 2014.
It serves 10 flavours of artisan made gelato, sorbet and Bulgarian frozen yoghurt and uses natural ingredients.
Ice cream lovers can buy real dairy soft serve ice cream with a choice of ripples, a wide range of ice cream sundaes, waffles and milkshakes.
There is also a range for those that need dairy free or sugar free options.
The knickerbocker is mobile and can be situated at any areas including parks and festivals.
