Mental health organization Tabula Rasa hosts their latest morning wellness workshop aimed at helping visitors relax, pause, soften and rest.
The event features Yin Yoga - a muscle-focused style yoga that incorporates slow, grounding postures and works to target the body's deep connective tissues, resulting in improved flexibility and reduced stress.
There's also a sound journey where guests are guided through an immersive sound bath to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation.
The event then ends with a tea ceremony, which goes beyond just drinking tea. In fact, it's also a mindful ritual helping visitors close the experience with presence and intention.
It is essential that visitors bring their own yoga mat.
