Event information
The virtual Winemakers Table Wine and Canapé Pairing is an event that participants can indulge in from the comfort of their own home.
In association with Saronsberg, Tokara and Cederberg, excellent wines are delivered along with ingredients for delicious canapés.
Participants receive:
• A bottle of each of Cederberg Shiraz, Saronsberg Provenance Shiraz, and Tokara Shiraz
• All the ingredients for the dishes. Please note: the food may contain nuts
What’s on the menu?
• Sticky plumb and sesame glazed aubergine, lime mayo, crispy wonton cracker, toasted sesame seeds, and fresh lime zest paired with Tokara Shiraz
• Cheddar, gruyere and parmesan filled pastry bites topped with caramelised onion, sun-dried tomato, crispy fried beef bresaola and a basil sprinkle paired with Cederberg Shiraz
• Dark chocolate and hazelnut crunch clusters topped with raspberry coulis, crushed salted pretzels and Nutella chocolate drizzle paired with Saronsberg Provenance Shiraz
Please note: Delivery of the pairing packs can only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
