Yoga Works offers hiking retreats and unlimited online yoga classes with Steven Heyman.
Participants have unlimited access to rent individual classes or subscribe for monthly or drop-in classes. New classes are added every week, in a variety of styles such as vinyasa flow, mobility work, and meditation. Sessions vary in length with durations of 5-10 mins to 60 mins. There are practices for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners.
