Randburg Raceway Indoor Karting offers a safe, exciting racing experience for drivers of all ages. The karts are fitted with protective side pods and front and rear impact protection, and are easy to drive thanks to simple brake and accelerator pedals and an automatic clutch. Modern electronic timing systems record race results and best lap times, adding a competitive edge to every session.
The wide track layout allows for smooth overtaking, while brightly painted tyres act as safety barriers. Large doors and windows flood the venue with natural light and provide excellent ventilation throughout. Full-face helmets and hair nets are supplied, and every race is preceded by a comprehensive driver briefing covering rules, procedures and flag signals. A dedicated Race Controller and trained Safety Marshals are present at all times.
The venue is solar-powered and unaffected by load-shedding. Facilities include an outdoor braai area, indoor seating, grassy picnic space and refreshments on sale. Three kart sizes cater for adults, teenagers and juniors aged 6/7 and over, with a minimum height of 1.2 metres.
