This highly anticipated celebration of South Africa’s top blues talent promises an unforgettable day filled with soulful music, good vibes, and community spirit. Here’s what you need to know.

Blues grooves and family-friendly fun at JoziBlues Fest

Whether you’re a lifelong blues fan or just looking for a great day out, JoziBlues has something for everyone. Enjoy electrifying performances, a family-friendly atmosphere, and a curated market of unique local crafts. And don’t forget to explore a mouth-watering menu packed with flavours to please every palate.

Bring the kiddies along to have their own share of fun in the designated play area. There will also be a kids’ menu for them to fill their stomachs in between their play and child-friendly entertainment to keep them busy whilst the parents immerse themselves in the smooth sounds of the blues.

It is recommended that guests bring along their blankets, sun hats, and sunscreen to the event. Weapons, drugs, umbrellas, gazebos, your own alcohol or food are strictly prohibited.

Performing acts to look forward to

Miss Kerry-anne Allerston will MC the event and incredible blues acts will take to the stage throughout the day. The lineup is headlined by beloved homegrown blues artist, Dan Patlansky. Completing the rest of the lineup are:

Need to know before you go

VIP and early arrivals will have access to secure inside parking. For those who do not manage to get secured parking, there will be street parking monitored by trained car guards. There is also wheelchair-accessible parking and an accessible viewing area.

There are two ticket-types available; General Access and VIP entrance. The VIP package includes dedicated seating, table service, preferential parking, and an artist meet & greet.

Cost: General Access—R400pp (online), R450pp (at the door). VIP—R600pp, only available for purchase online. Kids u/12 enter free | Book online

When: Saturday, 7 June 2025. Gates open at 12pm and performances start at 1pm
