Each Wednesday – from lunch through dinner – News Cafe venues in Johannesburg and the rest of the country are serving up a different cut of grass-fed beef with a popular steak of choice at half price. Their signature offering includes a meaty rib eye with burnt butter and flambéed cognac or a decent rump cut cooked to perfection and topped with avo, mozzarella, and feta cheese.
