Nirox Foundation

Nirox FoundationThe NIROX Foundation is home to a 30 hectares sculpture park situated along the Blaauwbankspruit River at the Cradle of Humankind. The venue is a creative hub that inspires trends in contemporary art, providing a large exhibition space for artists of all trades.

The park hosts over Fifty art installations from creatives across the globe and locally. The annual large scale curated exhibition features a diverse range of performative art, sculptures, digital artwork and concerts.

Willem Boshoff, Mohau Modisakeng and Ruann Coleman are some of the local artists who have exhibits on site, including work by artists from abroad such as Guillen-Vaschetti (Argentina) and Priyanka Choudhary (India).

The various mediums branch from sculpture, performance art and digital/new media pieces, which are on display at the venue and available for viewing on the NIROX Foundation website.

The sculpture park, artist residency and workshops offer a collaborative space for artists and welcomes guests to view current and upcoming exhibitions.
