Following its much-anticipated return in almost a decade last spring, the Parkhurst Village Fair is making another return to Verity Park with even more family-friendly fun than before.
Hosted by PRABOA (Parkhurst Residents and Business Owners Association) with Vuma as the Fair’s headline sponsor, this 2026 edition held on Saturday, 3 October 2026, promises an even deeper celebration of community, creativity and connection.

What to expect from the Parkhurst Village Fair 2026
As ever, the Parkhurst Village Fair is an experience “by the community, for the community”. From food to family fare, a fun run, dog competitions, live entertainment and more, this year’s Fair has a little something for everyone.
Plus, the first 100 visitors to make their way to the Vuma stand at the Fair will also have the opportunity to enjoy special rewards, so be sure to arrive early!

The Village Market and Food Vendors
The Parkhurst Village Fair brings together a curated selection of local vendors offering everything from bespoke fashion to thrifty finds, handcrafted items and even a few things for the furry friends. Plus, when guests go hungry, they can explore a delicious array of classic, fast-fair-food and unique artisanal tastes.
Live entertainment
Between the buzz of the fair, guests can stop by the dedicated stage for some live jazz and more exciting entertainment from talented local performers.

Family and Wellness
Returning to the Parkhurst Village Fair is the Kids’ Magic Zone which includes a Vuma Connected Creative Station equipped with colouring and activities.
While the kids are at play, the adults get to enjoy a restorative experience in the dedicated Wellness Space designed for calm, curiosity and connection, with a schedule running various classes and therapies throughout the day.
Drinks at the Beer Tent
Make the Beer Tent your perfect spot to pause, soak up the lively atmosphere and enjoy a cool beverage or a glass of wine from local vendors, distilleries and breweries also serving up crafted beers and spirits alongside a dedicated champagne and wine bar.

A run for a cause
Guests of the Fair also get to partake in a 5km Fun Run in collaboration with Pirates Running Club and Pink Drive. Kickstart the day with energetic community spirit while shining a spotlight on Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Sign your furry friend up for the Dog Competition
The beloved Dog Competition – hosted this year by Rawson Parkhurst – ensures there is never a dull moment, and this year, Vuma will also be supporting dog hydration stations across the Fair, helping Parkhurst’s four-legged visitors stay refreshed throughout the day.

All about community
The Parkhurst Village Fair is more than a day out; it’s a platform for neighbourhood upliftment. PRABOA, a volunteer-run organisation, works year-round to maintain Verity Park, advocate for public benefit projects and foster a safe, vibrant Parkhurst.
Proceeds from the Fair contribute directly to the maintenance of Parkhurst’s public spaces and the various social projects that make the area so unique.
The Fair’s commitment to community impact is also brought to life through Pinkhurst, the partnership with PinkDrive supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The 5km Fun Run alongside the wellness and screening initiatives will help bring an important health and awareness message into the heart of the Parkhurst community.
