Inverroche is setting the mood for summer with The House of Amber, a one-of-a-kind cultural pop up with curated dining, drinks that really spotlight the distillery’s spirits, and a slew of artistic encounters. The space is open to the public and runs from 6 November to 14 December 2025 at Oxford Parks.

Every evening offers something distinct, from intimate tastings to live performances, to curated collaborations and unforgettable moments shared with friends. Each week unfolds through a careful mix of experiences, moving from serene to high-energy. This will be your chance to savour the full spectrum of Africa’s first amber-coloured luxury gin, which is renowned for its superior craftsmanship, taste and quality. Here’s what you need to know.

The House of Amber

Every corner of The House of Amber has been carefully curated to tell a story through spatial design, authentic experiences, and sensorial journeys. Shaped in the outline of Inverroche’s brand home—where founder Lorna Scott first began crafting her one-of-a-kind, hand-distilled gin—the pop-up reflects the spirit of creativity and mindful luxury. Guests are invited to explore a series of immersive spaces that celebrate South African artistry and rare indulgence.

The Amber Gable, a sculptural façade inspired by the brand’s distillery, echoes the Cape Dutch architecture central to Inverroche’s identity. Amber Alchemy offers an engaging bar experience where a foraging wall evokes the natural elements of water, rock, and the fynbos of Stilbaai.

The Amber Pour-Over blends indoor and outdoor ambience, serving gin-infused treats such as macarons and ice cream. Finally, The Amber Patio provides an inviting open-air lounge with live, soulful entertainment—the perfect setting to linger and celebrate Amber Hour.
