PreView’s warm and inviting atmosphere promises to be the ultimate destination for those looking for a place to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the city as the temperatures outside begin to subside, says General Manager Martin Cody.
Executive Chef Daniel Payne and his team crafted a menu featuring a fusion of tapas-inspired dishes to get enjoy a broad spectrum of flavours on one table. Think pulled pork tucked in soft tacos, kung pao bao buns, foie gras de canard crème brûlée for the discerning diner, and or cauliflower Bitterballen among others.
For the drinks menu, the mixology team offers a selection of carefully crafted chill-busting drinks such as Maple Rum Hot Toddy, Glühwein, and Boozy Belgian Hot Chocolate to bring a more comforting edge. A short list of cocktails, wine and beer is also available.
