Segwati Safari Quad Bike Trails are just some of the family-friendly nature encounters to try over weekends. The adventure destination is located in Hartbeespoort, just 40 minutes from Johannesburg and Pretoria. A range of outdoor experiences is on offer.
QUAD BIKING
Segwati’s quad biking experience comes with an extra layer of adventure and unforgettable game viewing. Explore the 650-hectare game farm with a trail that leads up the Witwatersberg mountains and offers sweeping scenery of the ‘Cradle of Humankind’ world heritage site to the South and the Magaliesberg valley and mountain range to the North.
All trails are guided with a maximum of 8 riders per trip, Eco friendly, and can be classified as mini safaris. Keep the quad bike trails in mind for your next group, team-building, and corporate outing. Children under the age of 13yrs are lifted and are charged half-price.
Visitors must arrive 30 minutes before the trail tour for a demo of how the quad bikes operate.

HIKING & PICNIC VENUE
Make the most of your visit to the farm with a walk while taking in quiet nature scenes. The rich wildlife and views keep the hiking trail at Segwati Safari Quad Bike Trails interesting. Keep an eye out for animals such as baboons, snakes, mongooses, otters, and a variety of interesting birdlife, including the Hornbill on your walk. The loop trail route range from 5km to 18km, and is generally considered an easy route that takes an average of over 2hrs to complete.
Visitors can also take their own picnics to enjoy before or after the quad biking and hike. Advance booking to reserve picnic space at the venue is essential.
