Bull Hot Pot specialises in Chaoshan cuisine from China’s Guangdong province. Unlike heavier hot pot traditions, the broths here are clean and delicate, designed to enhance rather than overpower the ingredients. Guests select a soup base – from rich and spicy to delicate and aromatic – before adding meat, seafood, noodles or vegetables, and finishing with their own dipping sauces.

The venue puts a considered, contemporary spin on traditional hot pot, with a focus on premium hand-cut beef, handmade noodles, options for vegetarians, and a wide array of soup bases that can be customised to your preference. In addition to à la carte options, Bull Hot Pot offers set menus for 2 or 4 guests (standard and premium), perfect for newcomers to the hot pot experience.

For newcomers, set menus for two or four make the experience approachable, while a weekday lunch special (R168 per person) offers great value.
