In honour of Clearwater Mall turning 21 this year, the centre invites all shoppers to participate in their 21st Birthday Challenge running from 10 May to 6 September 2025, for a chance to win R21 000 in Clearwater Mall gift cards. Here’s what you need to know.
How to participate in Clearwater Mall’s 21st Birthday Challenge
To earn your chance to win, participate in the mall’s birthday challenges taking place every Saturday at 12pm between 10 May and 23 August, with finals taking place on 6 September. Alternatively, you can complete one of the mini challenge cards to be entered in the final draw. Each challenge will be unique from fastest finger first to a race around the track, and loads of amazing prizes are up for grabs for the winners.

Challenge Nine Hosted by Curve Gear
This fun challenge is played in two rounds and only the first five people with the lucky number will receive a chance to compete.
In round one, each contestant will have three chances to throw a bean bag into a collection of buckets. Each bucket has their own point value attached to it, and the three chances will determine how many points you receive for that round.
In round two, each contestant will have three chances to knock down as many pins as they can (ten pin bowling style). Each pin counts for one point. The contestant with the most points at the end of the second round will win a R2100 Curve Gear voucher.

Challenge Ten Hosted by Toys R Us
In this tenth challenge, the first five people with the lucky number will receive a chance to compete in a puzzle competition.
Each contestant will need to complete a 24pc puzzle provided by Toys R Us. The first person/ fastest contestant to complete the puzzle wins a R2100 Toys R Us voucher.

How to win using the mini challenge cards
Shoppers also stand a chance to win using the mini challenge card. Collect a card from the information desk from 10 May 2025. After each task on the challenge card is completed, take the card to the info desk and receive a CWM sticker which marks off the completed challenge. Complete the full challenge card, receive a prize and be entered into the final draw.
