Flava & Co is delivering a selection of Fresh Meal-kits with recipes cards and the Frozen Food range both ideal for family dining while catering for convenience.

Most of the meals from the Fresh-Meal kit selections can be made within 30 min or less, and the recipes are inspired by global cuisines. The menu includes Pork Souvlaki Pita with Tzatziki to Chakalaka Rice & Prawns to Chicken Cashew Stir Fry, as well as the introduction of the popular plant-based range.

Co-owner Dee Gullan says, “We’re so used to quickly popping into the shops on the way back from work to pick up dinner, but now our customers are finding they have that extra 30 min a day to spend with their kids, or do some exercise or do something for themselves.
