The market recently set up an online store for delivery or pick-up in order to continue thriving Joburg’s slow food scene. You can look forward to essentials such as free-range and organic eggs, long-fermented sourdough bread, fresh tomatoes and figs, and MILKLAB milk. Gary Jackson and his team also created ‘A Little Realeaf‘, an outreach programme that helps people in need to access food, clothing, and blankets. You can do your bit by donating old or new clothing and blankets at the Kyalami or Bryanston eateries. Direct EFT donations are also welcome, every R20 helps the foundation to provide food for one person in need.
