Picnics in the Sky takes place every Sunday. Guests have an urban picnic experience on the 50th floor of the Carlton Centre.

Attendees are given a picnic basket containing eating utensils and a blanket. They then have 30 minutes to peruse the weekly Sunday Market On Main to purchase various food parcels. Guests are allowed to bring wine to the picnic for free.

Guest are then accompanied by a guide to the rooftop, where they can enjoy their picnic and the vast view of the city above Small Street Mall. They are also given a short talk about the city.
