On 27 and 28 June 2026, Rooi Fijnwyn makes an exciting return to Pretoria for a special winter celebration of the best of Cape wine culture. This edition of the atmospheric wine festival includes exceptional wines, gourmet food, live music and fireplaces to keep you warm from the winter chill.

A focus on the finest Cape wines
Rooi Fijnwyn festival showcases wines from over 40 wine farms and boutique labels across South Africa, including favourites such as Vrede en Lust, Jakkalsvlei, Blaauwklippen, Raka and De Krans, and hidden gems such as Inselberg, Manley and Painted Wolf Wines.
While rich winter red wines are the focus for this edition, visitors can also enjoy a selection of white wines, rosé wines and other seasonal favourites throughout the weekend.
