Sweat 1000 invites viewers to break a sweat with them during the national lockdown in Sweat 1000 IG Live. For the last month, they have been offering South Africa free daily workouts. Everyday, the Sweat 1000 trainers will also bring different guest trainers to join in.
Free workouts are twice daily during the lockdown at 9am and 5.30pm.
