Dinner with the Winemaker: Miles Mossop Wines

Vivari Hotel and Spa is set to host an exclusive Dinner with the Winemaker at its signature restaurant, Brambles, on 24 August 2026 at 18:00, offering guests the opportunity to experience an intimate evening celebrating the wines of acclaimed winemaker Miles Mossop.

Priced at R1,000 per person, the evening will feature a four-course dinner with curated wine pairings, hosted personally by Miles Mossop. Guests can expect a welcome drink before settling in for an exclusive private dining experience, limited to 20 guests, designed to bring together exceptional food, distinctive wines and the stories behind each vintage. Executive Chef Wynand van Wyk will curate the four-course dinner, while Miles Mossop will personally guide guests through a selection of his wines, sharing the stories and craft behind each vintage.
