What to look forward to at the Sip & Shop Picnic Pop-Up
The Sip & Shop Picnic Pop-Up experience will create a relaxed, comfortable shopping experience for shoppers, starting with a bubbly on the house as a welcome drink whilst you browse the best goods that small-scale makers and entrepreneurs have to offer.
The theme for this autumn pop-up is Celebrating Africa Day and shoppers can look forward to clothing, beauty, accessories, athleisure, home décor, wellness, food & beverages, and kiddies stuff from vendors that fully embody this theme.
On the entertainment front, there will be a kiddies play area and music playing throughout the event. Shoppers are also welcome to bring their own picnic baskets and blankets or buy food at the venue to fill their picnic baskets and enjoy a laidback picnic after their shopping.

More about the Sip & Shop Pop Up
The Pop Up began operating in November 2021 in Cape Town before expanding to host seasonal shopping experiences in Johannesburg, East London and Port Elizabeth.
The idea emerged when founder Thembisa Gqweta saw the need for a more diverse pop-up event after starting her own brand during lockdown. The focus is two pronged— to create a relaxed, comfortable and inclusive shopping experience for visitors to explore goods, and to shine the light on small-scale makers and entrepreneurs offering quality goods.
