Seasoned talent Chris Steyn shot to fame with a raspy voice and a relaxed, barefoot stage presence. His debut album, Helemal, quickly topped the Afrikaans Apple Music charts and has amassed nearly five million streams. Steyn’s performances at major events like Afrikaans is Groot have solidified his status in the local music scene.
Brandon Eloff, known simply as Eloff, gained prominence with his platinum debut single “Johnnie Blou,” followed by hits like “Geheueverlies” and “Witblits”. His artistry is all about elements of pop, sokkie, and indie, creating a sound that’s both fresh and rooted in Afrikaans culture. Recognised for his rising talent, Eloff was named Apple Music’s Up Next artist in South Africa. His style is quirky, relatable, and undeniably catchy.

Gqeberha rapper Early B blends Afrikaans and English beats to reflect his community’s unique dialect. He gained national attention with hits like “Ben Ten” and “Potte,” both achieving gold status. Early B’s style fuses hip hop with elements of kwaito and funk, creating a sound that’s both authentic and innovative.
