Once every year, the Cars.co.za Consumer Awards in partnership with Absa spotlight the best cars in South Africa. With input from car owners, rigorous test drives, and expert judgments from an expert panel of 19 judges, the awards recognise excellence across 13 categories, catering to every budget and lifestyle.
The 2024 winners were announced at a private gala event last night, and Cars.co.za is also bringing the winning vehicles and finalists directly to consumers at Sandton City from 1 to 3 March 2024.
Keen riders and car fanatics can look forward to a massive showcase of all 39 finalist vehicles from various brands under one roof. There are also opportunities to inspect and test drive the models, and engage with Cars.co.za advisors as well as Absa dealership partners for a fully immersive experience.
Share your own car story with Absa’s new podcast, live at Sandton City
Absa is expanding on their newly launched new tagline, ‘Your Story Matters’, by offering car fans and everyday riders to share their car journeys and aspirations.
The Your Ride, Your Story’ podcast will be live at the event and invite consumers to narrate their car stories on Sunday, 3 March 2024 from 12pm to 3pm.
Give them some hilarious stories about first cars, what you love and loathe about Joburg drivers, which supercar you’re currently obsessed with, and everything in between.
