A brand new South African documentary, The State of the Arts – The Forgotten Industry, is a snapshot of the struggles faced by some of the country’s entertainment and live-performing artists during the Covid-19 pandemic and the still-ongoing lockdown restrictions.

The Klein Karoo National Arts Festival (KKNK), supported by ABSA, launched its second Virtual Art Gallery showing 6 group exhibitions featuring 245 artworks by 83 artists.

MADE TO MOVE
Joburg Ballet has launched Made to Move, a dancewear line with proceeds going to the #SupportJoburgBallet fund to help the company through the COVID-19 crisis. Every dancer in Joburg Ballet has designed for the Made to Move label, resulting in a collection by dancers for dancers
MZANSI QUEST
Mzansi Quest is a free online game where players can collect some of South Africa’s most precious virtual artefacts in the hopes of winning the grand prize of R50 000.

ISTIMELA SENDABA STORY TRAIN
