What is Dubai-style chocolate?
If you’ve not heard of the TikTok-famous Dubai chocolate, where have you been? Originally created by Fix Dessert Chocolate in Dubai, the chocolate bar has garnered so much attention that people from around the world are making journeys to the UAE just to try it and documenting it all on TikTok.
What makes this chocolate bar so special is what it’s filled with. A casing of milk chocolate is deep and filled with a gooey mix of pistachio, tahini and a Middle Eastern dessert called knafeh. Dubai-style chocolate from smaller chocolatiers is generally handmade fresh daily.
