What’s The Fire Long Table all about?
This dining experience is finely curated to build an understanding of the farm’s ethos while elevating your senses in a setting of natural wonder. At The Fire Long Table, diners feast on organic produce harvested right at the farm to bring out the best of each ingredient. The menu is mostly prepared on open fire, which connects with the heritage roots of the Cradle of Humankind.
Guests are seated at long tables where there’s an opportunity to connect and chat with new people whilst enjoying a multi-course ‘farm to table’ meal. Wines are paired by an award-winning sommelier from Cape Town.

What’s to expect from the Dikeme Farms Fire Long Table experience
Guests arrive to bubbly and canapés before taking their seats at the long table and taking in a beautiful first course, followed by a main course featuring fire-to-table cooking techniques. Finally, guests are treated to dessert.
All meals are paired with a selection of the finest South African wines to emphasise flavour further. A sommelier will guide guests through premium wine pairings from the Cape Winelands, complemented by live musicians performing throughout the experience.
