Yebo Gogga Yebo amaBlomo returns to Johannesburg for another immersive display of nature, science and biodiversity from 13 to 17 May 2026. This year’s Yebo Gogga Yebo amaBlomo showcase transforms the campus into a hands-on learning space where science becomes engaging, accessible and fun for the whole family. The exhibition explores the relationship between plants, animals and ecosystems, giving visitors a closer look at how living things survive, adapt and interact in the natural world.
Visitors can expect interactive exhibits, live displays, educational presentations and opportunities to get up close with a variety of fascinating creatures and plant species. Experts from the School of Animal, Plants and Environmental Sciences will present tailor-made sessions designed to spark curiosity among children, students and nature enthusiasts alike.
First launched in 1996, the exhibition has become a beloved annual event in Johannesburg, attracting schools, families and aspiring young scientists year after year. It remains one of the city’s most engaging educational experiences that combines entertainment with environmental awareness and scientific discovery.
