The Valentine’s Sweetheart Spread

Not looking for an overnight stay but still want to experience an elegant Valentine’s evening? Blueberry Hill Hotel welcomes couples to indulge in their special Valentine’s Sweetheart Spread.

The spread includes a Cap Classique Krone welcome drink followed by a calamari salad; a mango sorbet palate cleanser; and a sharing platter featuring fillet steak and chicken roulade, with an oceanic bounty highlighted by four queen prawns, eight mussels, and four crab croquettes accompanied by rice, seasonal veggies and potato dauphinoise for sides.

Then, each pair is treated to apple panna cotta before ending with a tantalising affogato or dalgona.
