The Silent Zumba and Circle Mobility wellness experience promises to leave participants feeling invigorated and ready to take on the day. The class is led by certified Zumba master, Michael Julius who is sure to get that heart rate pumping through his highly energising dance workout routines.
Lastly, as part of the cool down exercise participants can enjoy the stretch intensive CIRCL Mobility class designed to promote flexibility and improve joint health. The entire experience is completed while participants blissfully listen to some lively beats through a pair of wireless headphones.
