Behind the scenes are Eddy and Karen, the passionate best-friend duo who continue to grow The Grand Pop Up into one of Johannesburg’s most loved boutique market experiences. The duo shares a sharp eye for detail and a deep belief in supporting local. They have created a community they are immensely proud of.

Their philosophy remains simple yet powerful: local is better. Every event is a celebration of South African craftsmanship, connection, and creativity, where community is at the centre and supporting local brands is the motivator.
