Comic Con Africa, the ultimate pop culture and gaming festival, returns to the Johannesburg Expo Centre (Nasrec) at the end of August. Wine Forty Four returns to Joburg for its spring edition, celebrating old favourites alongside the future of wine.

Bringing together 20 independent wineries, up from 15 at previous editions, this edition sits at the meeting point of old ground and new labels. Estates with three centuries of history pour alongside producers on their debut vintage, giving visitors a chance to taste both ends of South African winemaking in one afternoon.
